This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the adoption of Copel standards across various districts in Curitiba. The study investigates the obstacles faced during this procedure, as well as the positive outcomes achieved through the adoption of these standards. Additionally, it provides a model for understanding the impact of Copel standard
